Group-Meditation: New Insights and Mutual Inspiration
You may have already done meditation with a meditation app. Meditation apps are a start; for deeper meditation we have to focus on our own heart. Here, group meditations can be of great help. These meditations are open to everyone; we meditate according to the method of Sri Chinmoy, but you can also participate and meditate in your own way.
How do we meditate?
The main meditation is silent. We continually introduce meditation exercises that you can try out. For this, we use meditation music, mantras, and meditation texts. Sometimes individual topics are discussed, or we watch a meditation video. No prior knowledge is required.

What do these group meditations bring me?
Meditating together is a great help in learning to meditate successfully on your own:
- You benefit from the meditative atmosphere that arises when a group meditates together.
- You can learn and try specific exercises again and again.
- You can meet people who have been meditating for a long time and who can help you here and there.
- There are different meditation paths. You can gain deeper insight into the path of Sri Chinmoy here.
In the end, for everyone who is interested: Casual gatherings and mutual exchange over tea.
Sri Chinmoy teaches a way of the heart. When we meditate, we try to dive into our heart and find joy and peace deep within ourselves. In a second step, we want to bring these values into our everyday life and enrich our lives in this way.
